Is there a way to have external news related to customers be visible in C360? 

We launched a full year lifecycle program a couple weeks back. We have a few evaluation steps that would send a 2nd email if the 1st email wasn’t opened after a certain period of time, however it appears the participants are not making it through to this 2nd email. 

 

I’m hoping we can look at this together to figure out what I may not have configured correctly and if found, if there is any hope of resolving without having to create a new program.

2 other reporting-related questions from a colleague:

 

  1. This may be something straightforward that we’re overlooking, but is there a way to plot 2 different fields into a single pie chart (counts as opposed to doing percentages)?
  2. In Dashboards, is there a way/widget where we can format a value (font size, colors, shading, etc)?
  1. We currently have a job configured to sync updates from a specific SFDC field to Gainsight when new values are added to the picklist. We'd like to explore how we can also capture and reflect changes when values are removed or modified in SFDC.
