I have a few items on this list where I need to know if they are possible to achieve in Gainsight

And what to use to create them 

 


On the Gainsight Home page, are the global filters supposed to apply across all widgets by default? We have a Renewal Date global filter but when I change it, it doesn’t update the accounts listed in the My Portfolio widget or the Summary Ribbon widget. It *does* work when I expand the My Portfolio widget and apply the global filter there.


Looking to account for only business days in a calculated CTA field….


S3 Export Questions:

 

  1. Is it possible to not have the underscores on the field name in the csv file? We need them to appear as spaces instead of underscores.
  2. How can i change the date format to yyyy-mm-dd on the file export?

I’m trying to understand the And Or filtering in Adoption Explorer Usage reports. I think I have mine working, but I’d like to understand it better. 


We are looking at Meeting Assist and we need to map the activities to the relationship. I have been told on roadmap calls this functionality is available but cannot find any documentation on how to configure. Can you confirm if this is possible and if so, where to configure that?


Hi there. I need some background on Event Framework. What does the event structure do? Documentation says it’s not needed for Rule triggers, but what if I want to pull in the ID for the company associated with that event? Can it be used with Rules Engine?


Hello @Wihoward -- good to have you on the session yesterday!

I confirmed that the gong.io connector (and by extension, Meeting Assist), only runs at the Company Person level (the connector looks for Company Persons that match Attendees on the gong.io call and posts the timeline entry to that Company in Gainsight).  

Same applies to the planned 1st version of Teams integration with Meeting Assist.

I have an ask into Product team to find out when these connectors will be enabled for Relationship level (and our new head of Product!) chimed in on the thread in our Slack to give his “we need this” opinion, which helps!) -- I will let you know when I hear back on the current roadmap status!

 


@sdrostgainsightcom Thanks for the info! Not what I was hoping to hear but good to know there is support behind it at Gainsight. Hopefully something that can be rolled out sooner rather than later

Separately, I checked further and found the documentation for our Aha! connector (a Product Request tracking and roadmap platform, I believe).  Don’t know much about it, but this will get you started with figuring out if it meets your needs!
