Hi Scott,

 

I’m interested in knowing if Timeline threading only occurs with gmail and with auto-capture? We haven’t enabled Auto Capture yet and we use Teams so I’m attempting to glean some information in advance of configuring it.

If there is time, I am wondering about the logic of hierarchies in reporting. It looks like we can select to aggregate data from the child accounts and view activity as a rollup, but the scores don’t seem to roll up, what is the logic? Thank you so much!
