Help with building a report in Data Designer to show accounts where a specific activity type is not present.  For example, active Companies that have not had any QBR’s logged this year or ever. I have built where I can see when the last date (MAX activity date of QBR =>90 days, etc.) but cannot get it to provide a list of Companies where No QBR has been recorded.  QBR=NULL just shows no companies and we know that to not be true.


Suggestions for the best way to trigger single instances of NPS surveys to companies following email or verbal communication.  To date, we have only queried for specific kinds of company contacts on a monthly basis rather than ad hoc single contact users.

Hi Scott,

What’s the recommended process for sharing survey response details with CSMs?

We’re working on Sally for Slack so that could be an option in the future, but in the interim I believe I can use JO. Is there a way to filter the response report & share it via JO with only the CSM of the account?

I am a very new admin, and having to pick up from our previous admin who left. I am trying to dig through how we currently have things set up, but it’s very confusing to me about how to read the rules engine or how to figure out how/why things are set up.

 

Here are some of my questions/objectives:

I’d love to cover how to “read” pre-made rules in the rule engine and how to “read” the logs.

I need some data just to be “mirrored” from dashboards, or if one changes, the other changes.

I’d like to understand more about logging product feedback, and how to track/aggregate it.
