Hi Scott!  

1. This was asked by our Agent managers, can you add a Gainsight report to a CTA?  I am not sure this is possible.
2. I created four rules to run when a customer scorecard color changes (Green to Yellow and Yellow to Red) but it is not working as planned and is creating CTA's for accounts that are solid Green.  Ex rule: GAIN- 253 - Existing Scorecard - CMT - Yellow to Red Financial Flag CTA - GOV
3. This was just asked by the sales team, can a CTA be auto-created from a CSQL creation?

Hi Scott! I am the very new CSM Admin taking over, I attended last week. I learned we are trying to restructure the way our customers are set up entirely, so I wanted to pick your brain on how to go about this.

  • I believe we would use relationships rather than hierarchies, but I am not sure we have them so I’d love to discuss my case
  • Understand why a rule isn’t working (ARR per CSM and ARR percentage of overall)

I have a question about an email JO and using data designer to pull in most recent info on conditional wait step.


  • How would I find contract end dates for months only, not years?

  • Best way to track renewal forecast for CSM - renew, but also $ amount
  • How does Gainsight store history?

I could use some assistance as I’ve set up derived lookup to obtain the Manager GSID within our SFDC Connector but it’s not adding the actual GSID.


Hi @Veronica.Moore -- sorry we couldn’t get through the list to your question yesterday, but hopefully you can join on Thursday.

 

Also, if you can post a screenshot of your derived mapping in the SFDC Connector, I might be able to get you pointed in the right direction with a quick look.
