I would like some help connecting Playbooks I created to Rules I created, as the Playbooks are not appearing within the Playbook drop-down . . . and adding the Comments within Call To Action, to capture data using $ and @ 

 

i.e., NPS Score of ${Current NPS Score} Received on, ${Response Date} by ${Respondent Name}. See CTA Tasks

If we have time I created a Rule to close a CTA if not closed within 30 days of Due Date, to Status Close Success, but it is not working correctly.
