Hi Scott,

 

Our team would like to calculate NPS response rates using the following formula: 1 response per customer per quarter.

 

Context: We may have 350 contacts receiving the survey, but only 125 customers overall. We’re interested in showing out of 125 customers, have we received at least 1 response.

 

I’m hoping to perform this calculation in a regular report but understand that data designer may be needed.

 

It’s also worth noting that we’re using the redesigned JO so the AO Participant objects are not referenceable.

We are looking at sending our NPS Survey so that we send out and receive responses more on a rolling basis, instead of having a large number go out at one point in time and then we receive a large number of responses that we need to deal with at one point in time. 

We decided to trigger these off of Onboarding date. 4 months after onboarding and then every 4 months after that. We have a Date Field that is called Transition Date. This works for triggering the survey to new customers 4 months after onboarding, but how do we get this date so we can trigger every 4 months after that Transition Date and how do we pull in existing clients in off the Transition Date, almost as if it were a Month/Date field.
