Hi Scott! Couple of items:

I have a rule setting the GS Status and there are records that passed in the Update to Churn action but that are still showing Active in gainsight. I do have another rule that updates the same field, GS Status, but it ran before this rule above so it should not have been able to change the status.

Why would a rule test run show 134 passed results but only 132 get created? See attachment

When a Duplicate Account is merged (or deleted) in SFDC, how do we replicate that in GS?

Any update on managing Required dependent fields?
