Hi Scott. We have a Dropdown list of 4 values where the names of the values have changed.

 

We'd like the display values to show the new names, however we're wondering if the changes would also update the existing data to reflect the new value names (this is actually something we would want).

 

If not, I'm curious if there might be a workaround. Along the same lines, I'm wondering if any dependencies will play a factor.

Hi Scott,

 

Need help fixing a mapping issue in one of our custom objects.  Root cause: PS still tags specific onboarding projects in Salesforce, with names we deprecated with a recent product picklist cleanup. They can’t get rid of it, and we can’t use it. The Load to Relationship: Onboarding Process rule doesn't have a normalized product match key, so it's comparing one against the other directly and the match fails. The projects still exist, they just don't attach to the Relationship record anymore. Support has sent instructions on how to conduct this mapping, but it doesn’t match what I see as an Admin. They’ve directed me to you for live help.

Hi Scott,

We have a digital program where we send one email, then wait until an end date and then send a second email. The end date is a calculated field based on a custom object that is updated at 5:00 am. Is there anyway to setup a program so that the evaluate step checks the end date at 5:30 am every day instead of every 11 hours?
