Uploading old 3rd party data in NPS 2.0. Running into issues where the data needs to follow a template.
Although due to lack of documentation, runnnig into issues while uploading the data (e.g: incorrect org id etc)Although the org id is correct.
Are all of those csv columns mandatory to fill ? Can we add few more columns due to our need of specific datafields.
Unfortunately, we cant share the data with Support or Clients Outcome Manager to help us with this.
