Is there an easy way to incorporate Anchor Linking for a token URL within Journey Orchestrator Email Templates?
As part of onboarding customers receive a unique Welcome Kit email that is specific to their purchases. I would like to have a link that takes them to a specific section of that link page. Have you had any experience with this type of thing? Is it possible within the JO Email Template format? What other alternative options may there be?

Hi Steven - I checked with our resident SME on all things email here. He said there is not a way within our Gainsight UI to do this. However, you can insert HTML in email templates, so it might worth testing to see if you can add anchor links in your HTML and then insert the code into Gainsight. https://html.com/anchors-links/
Yes I was thinking that this would be the case. My first thought is to have all of our generated links have a specific 'name' for the anchor locations, and try to add it to the dynamic token link.
Thanks for the help!
