Back with another awesome JO question!

I’m using a template with two reports to display messages that align with customer eligibility. I chose to use reports as opposed to variants because we currently have 5 qualifications that a customer could be eligible for and this list will expand over time. I didn’t want to use variants because the number of variants will grow exponentially.

examples:

variant 1 = eligible for 1, not eligible for 2, 3, 4 and 5

variant 2 = eligible for 1 and 2, not eligible for 3, 4 and 5

Reports aren’t showing any data when previewed, even though there is data present.

My reports are tabular, which required an interesting work around, and should be filtered to only show rows that pertain to a specific company.

GSID is sourced from Company and mapped to Company ID.

Seriously, @Linus , are you getting bonus checks for stumping me or something??

That said, @Linus , I need to confirm, but I seem to recall that we can’t render the inline reports in Preview - you’d have to send a test to confirm.

I’ll confirm fully before starting up the session in 10 minutes - talk with you then!
