New survey 2.0 data is stored in MDA as opposed to SF. This means that it is not accessible to us through external reporting (PowerBI/PowerQuery.) Is there a way we can get around this?

Our Salesforce admin recently updated upsell opportunities to auto-calculate (monthly cost, annual cost + setup fee, etc.). We have CTAs to create upsell opportunities to sync with SFDC - will the auto-calculation added to SFDC now affect our opportunities in GS? Is there anything special we’d have to do on the GS side of things? (We did have some errors immediately following the SFDC opportunity updates but made some changes to required opp fields in GS which seems to be working...but just want to make sure it won’t adversely affect us in the future!)

Hi Scott, 

I’m having some issues trying to combine template aspects of Snapshots/Plans 1.0 into the Snapshots/Plans 2.0 Optimization Plan Template. 

 

Also is there an alternative for Powerpoint in regards to Success Plans?
