Hi Scott,

If I could reask my questions from Tuesday:

  1. if we select “sync attachments to Salesforce” in the timeline general settings, where do the attachments go? When I tested it, I couldn’t find my attachment. 
  2. When creating email templates for playbooks, where do the tokens pull info from? It seems to have some information available but not all.
  3. Is it possible to have an editable ppt if you are using success snapshots?

Hey Scott,

 

Hope is all well man! I have a quick question in regards to the gmail integration.

 

We have an issue where if a CSM sends an email to a secondary email, it pushes itself to ‘drafts’ instead of being in the timeline. With one primary email it works good, but when a secondary email is selected we get that draft. Would love to know how to fix this, or if that’s not available with the current version at the moment. Thanks!

I have a question how to manually add a couple of contacts to a program running on a power list.

After chatting with support looks like the best solution is building a query, which I am not familiar with. Would appreciate your help with this.

Hi Scott,

 

I have one more question in regards to emails. My team requested this, “if Gainsight could recognize the email/contact and that email show up in our timeline as an incoming email. Instead of us having to cut/paste the incoming email to our timeline for history”. 

Is this possible with the gmail integration? to my knowledge only when the end user clicks on the gainsight button it adds it to timeline, not when an external source sends you an email correct? Thank you so much for your assistance 


Hi Scott - 

Any tips on how to access a more detailed view of an execution log? We had an unexpected update to a Persona field in SF, which caused one of the picklist options in the field to null when the nightly load from SFDC ran. The option from the pick-list that was nulled was (of course) the one that required a manual update by our CSMs when we initially created/rolled out the field. I’m hoping to “undo” that nullification without pestering them again.

Hi Scott, 

 

I am looking for a customized NPS survey response report grouped by CSMs, I am able to add a field which has the email ID of a CSM but cannot summarize and group the report and create a chart out of it. Hope you can help Me.
