Hello Scott!
I am having a few issues with “Company Owner” going over to the Account Manager fields in GS.  There are also some Calendar links that are going from a JO Program that keeps bugging out.  When I click on it from the preview it takes me to a GS 404 error.


Hi, I’m using calculated fields in a program to send customer reminder to schedule training. However, I am running into a problem in which the calculated fields logic weren’t applied during the Conditional Wait. Also, have a question on the Calculated Field filter query.  Should it be mapped to Case ID or Account ID if the “Filter Criteria on Participants” is Case ID? Thanks!


Hi Scott, thanks for your time and help during the session. Just wanted to give you an update on the Program. Unfortunately, using the Case Safe ID did not work. The program still sends out reminders and ignores the change in the calculated field. I will submit a support ticket.  


Well that’s disappointing @trichardson -- sorry we couldn’t isolate the issue today -- interested to hear what the answer turns out to be!

 


@sdrostgainsightcom I got everything figured out.
I had to hard map it, I think the updates we did yesterday to the Account Manager field helped this.
