My question is below, but unfortunately I will not be able to join until 2:30PM EST. Thanks!

 

We are scheduled to send out a survey through JO to select customers on Tuesday, 6/9. However, we have come across complications with our contacts that mandates we hold off on sending the survey at this time. We want to definitively ensure that if we paused the JO prior to 6/9 and then activated it again after this date (e.g. 6/16), the survey will not be sent to the customers who should’ve received the survey on 6/9. I attached a screenshot of the powerlist filter criteria below, with the important field being B. Given that the “D2 Go Live date” must be less than or equal to 28 days from rule date, I am worried this means that the survey would be sent to these customers upon resuming the program. 

 


Hey Scott, I just created a program based on bounces from another program and was hoping we could take a look at it to make sure it will work, since it’s difficult to test.

@sdrostgainsightcom Hi Scott, could you please share the recording from yesterday’s office hours? I’d like to review the meeting. 

 

Also, the rule we looked at yesterday fired off another CTA for the same company during the night. I’m not sure why it did that, is there a way to fix this? Let me know.
