Hi Scott, 

 

I’m having trouble with timeline activities. I want our users to be able to log activities on the relationship level on from the timeline tab (it’s easier for viewer users to navigate to) but the relationship search isn’t working as expected. The activity type is the relationship type, so not sure what to do here. Also can viewer license holders log to timeline via the Gainsight Sally Slack bot?

Hey Scott, is there a workaround to be able to use a date field as a filter for email template variants in a program? Also, can I add a calculated field to existing programs to check to see if the contact is still the same? If a CSM changed the contact during the course of the program, I’d ideally like to start that participant back at the beginning of the program.
