Hello Spencer, I’m reaching out to inquire about JO (Journey Orchestrator) as I’m trying to create calculated fields for CSM last login date and Calls logged in the last 60 days. However, I’m having a hard time identifying the correct criteria to create the appropiate calculated field from the query builder. Therefore, can you please assist?


  • Looking to lock down an internal question to be only edited by a group of users from a CTA using the survey preview link.
  • Where is the token field to log a timeline entry stored in Gainsight? Is it in an MDA table?
