Hello,

While feeding data from Gainsight into Salesforce, I receive a failure notice for some but not all accounts. The reason for failure is “the query is malformed” and the date that is being fed in appears in the following format: 1.48956E+12.

Hello,

I’m setting up my first program in Journey Orchestrator, and I’m not clear on how I schedule it to run every week on Mondays. It’s a weekly adoption email that we want to send to our customer contacts. Thanks

In Jo - is it possible to automatically send out an NPS every quarter based on account close date?

Issues with aggregation in Report Builder.

Hi Scott, I have a data designer question.

Hello all -

The recording from today’s session is here:

https://app.gong.io/e/c-share/?tkn=ugbo0bj0iuvii34gl0ziu8df

Covered some good stuff, including a method for selecting a set of customers each day based on whether a date on the Customer record (Closed Date, Start Date, etc.) falls on a rolling anniversary period (every 90 days in this case, so if the Closed Date was 90, or 180, or 990 days ago, it is kept in the JO run that day).

Thank you!
