Hi there. We’re writing a rule to alert CSMs when an account has a sudden drop in license utilization. However, we want to filter out any account that has purchased a lot of additional licenses in the last quarter, causing their utilization to drop until they get new users up to speed. I’ve tried using the period over period calculation in the transformation, but it’s not working. Is there a better approach? Thanks!

I need help troubleshooting a rule. With this rule I am trying to count the cases associated with a product opened directly by the customer or by a third party.


Hi Kendra - I need help setting up a renewal CTA. I need a CTA that fires off for every renewal on an account but I want to ensure that the CTA only fires once per renewal opportunity.
