Hi Scott! I’d like to review how my measure, Engagement by Tiers, rules are configured and make any necessary adjustments.

Hi Scott,

I’d like to review a rule configuration that should be loading to SFDC. This rule was built by a prior admin to send scorecard current (updated) scores to the sfdc account. I’d like to see if I can save the current rule (currently the manual run results in a failure), before looking to rebuild a new rule.

Scott! Hope is all well!

I’m testing out a new rule and getting some failures with a failure code that i’m not too familiar with, it MIGHT be a salesforce type issue but i’d love for you to check that out. Thanks as always
