Hi Scott. I have a few questions about the event framework. The sf.com code was written and is about to but pushed to production. Now I need to be able to catch this event inside a rule and fire a cta.

Thanks!
Lyne

Hi Scott, I have a question about a good way to report on health score updates made by CSMs on accounts.

Hi Scott. I’ve recently discovered that our health scores are skewed due to duplicates in our Pendo data. The duplicates are a result of visitors logging into the system multiple times throughout the day. I can’t quite figure out what formula would be best to de-dup the data within the health score rule. The data is imported weekly via S3.

Hello friend. I won’t be able to jump on until ~1:30 p.m. most likely. So if you’re still on, I’d like to pick your brain about how I can update a bunch of user records in our org.

I found out this morning that we are not allowed to use SFDC User ID as an identifier in the SFDC Connector. So I tried to build a “Load to User” rule instead, only to get an error message saying I had to select Username as an identifier. The issue, as you might have guessed, is that I need to update the Usernames because of our recent merger, so it makes no sense to include it as an identifier. I’m curious if there’s some kind of alternative solution you might have in mind.

hi Scott - I have a rule which has randomly started to fail in my org on action 1...Admin - Load Flow Tenant Monthly Snapshot to MDA

Hey Scott - I’m trying to create a rule to assign a playbook when the CSM is assigned. I’m using the CSM > Date Modified and CSM > GS Modified By field to filter, but it is returning way more accounts than I’m expecting.
