How do I get access to PX data in CS?


Hello @Ricardogs18 ? Did you solve your issue?  You weren’t on Office Hours just now and it’s a quiet day (probably weather-related - people have power or IP interruptions) so I closed out the session.

Hello @jochle -- just a quick note to let you know I’ve alerted the PX implementation folks on your PX project as well as Jenn that you were asking about the data flow back into Gainsight.

They’ll absolutely get back with you today or tomorrow, and in the meantime, take a look at this article that gives an overview of setup for flowing the data into Adoption Explorer.

Essentially, that’ll be the next step for you all - and again, Jenn or your PX Com will reach out and help get everybody on the same page.  Thanks!
