Hello Scott!

I have a data set that I would think is appropriate for use in the Adoption Explorer, but I’m having some trouble loading the data to my project.

I was hoping you could help by taking a look and/or point me in the right direction.

Best,

Ben W.

Hi Scott, I have a couple questions on data sets as well for a JO that I need to modify in order to bring in User records work phone number into a token field now that there will be more than one CSM getting included in an auto load of accounts/CSM assignment/welcome letter.

Hi Scott,

Could you go over how to troubleshoot a failed job within the Salesforce 2.0 connector. In particular, our opportunity sync is showing a Last Run Status that reads “FAILED” with the message below:

“The job cannot be completed as the Intuit_SFforQB__Billing_Address__c field was either deleted from the source or user is not authorised to access the field. Remove the field from connector mappings and re-run the job.”

I have been trying to locate the connector mapping to delete this but can not find it for the life of me :(
