Hi Spencer,

I have a question about getting a rule filter in place to find the most recent record, and then Apply to Score. Seems I’m close but something seems off. 


New NPS responses coming in but not going into surveys and NPS tab under customer.

I don’t think this is related to the broken health rule as this has not been an issue until now. 


Hi Spencer, need advice on howto create a pie report with a Company open CTA count in the drill down, not sure what is the best way to do it in the current configuration.
