Hi Scott, I have couple of questions .

Change a send survey From to email on a  active JO program.

New report on NPS average score 3 year trend and response rate on send and # of survey submitted month over month

Can we add lookup fields on a template layout?

Hi Scott, I wanted to follow up on the topic from last office hours about the reallocated weight when a measure is NA.

Hi Scott,

We are transitioning from one CS model to a new one. The old one introduced ~110 additional fields to the Company object (to facilitate editable attributes on the 360 view) and the new one looks to bring in ~100 more.

As the sys admin, I’m concerned about the sustainability of such a model and the potential adverse affect this could have on the company table through this and future process reiterations.

My main questions in this are:

  1. Is it ‘normal’ for GS customers to expand their Company table to 400+ fields over time?
  2. is there a limit to which the Company object can/should be expanded before it is no longer considered a low volume table... or, alternately, at what point does data integrity become too great a concern?
  3. If it’s not, how do GS customers usually tackle the need to have editable attributes on a 360 view?

Whatever insights or reassurances you might be able to lend her ewould be greatly appreciated before we make any permanent steps down this path.
