two things need help with.  

  1. Pooled model- have everything set up but the Queued CSM will not show up as an option for CTA owner.
  2. have a report for certain CTAs based on create date to track # created trend but when I make create date anything but daily it shows me future with all zeros.  Tried all different filters to get them out but no luck.

Trying to understand how the system manages the “Renewal Date” field.  How many reports/processes rely on this field in particular?

 

We have managed to import our ‘renewal’ data into a field called ‘Next Billing Date’ from our billing system as this is the most accurate, continually updated date field to rely on.  Do I need to also populate the ‘Renewal Date’ field with this data?  How best to accomplish this field population in Rules Engine and run it on a daily basis?
