Wondering if you can confirm that 3 different datasets can be merged in a Program in Journey Orchestrator and how that is done? Thanks!


Hi Spencer, I’m having a hard time trying to bring the SDFC contact ID into my Journey Orchestrator Program. It is mapped correctly in the Participants List and able to be previewed. But, does not show in the JO participants list. Therefore, can you please assist?

I see that Associated Records is a new feature in Timeline. Looks like only Company and Relationship got enabled for my org by default. I want to add more objects to Associate Records to. Also, how can I default the Task Owner field to a specific user?

@spencer_engel I’m trying to create a Low Volume object that stores both the CTA id and the timeline id as lookups to timeline and CTA objects that is populated through a rule.  I have the timeline piece working...but the CTA component is not working
