My Rules Engine rule keeps failing to show green/yellow accounts 


@sdrostgainsightcom we plan to enable the Chorus to Gainsight integration.  Other than the FAQ there isn’t documentation I can find on it.

My initial specific question is how do I provide an Access Key and Domain Name to the Chorus folks so they can enable the integration on their end?  

We do not see ‘Chorus’ in the list of supported integrations when I try to create a connection in Connectors 2.0.

Hi Scott, I have a question about adding a contact field in SF to some GS reports. Thank you!


Couple of questions:

  • Trying to update our Activity Types in 
    • in timeline admin → General settings we are unchecking the active checkbox but the type is still showing up. Is this not the correct location to hide an option from an activity input? 
  • We have created a report where we are looking for Stale customer success scores (ones that havent been updated in a while). The report is only picking up the score is the sentiment is updated in the timeline/activity NOT if the score is updated in the scorecard (even though this does make a timeline event)
