Based on the information you shared I created an API job to load activities to timeline. The job appears to work and tells me it was successful but doesn’t create a record. Can we look at what I’ve created and see what I may have missed.

Thank you for your response the other day. Hope you are feeling better. I have not received responses from my CSM process SMEs yet. Once I receive it, I will let you know and attend a session to follow up. I won’t be joining today’s session regarding sending emails to customers that don’t have a CSM assigned through JO.

Hi Scott, I need an understanding of how the object named “Unified Scorecard Fact - Company” (USF) works.

Specifically, when I import new customer accounts into the Company object, a corresponding record in USF (with NA scores for the measures) does not seem to get automatically created.

Hi Scott,  We would like to add the latest NPS score or the AVG score if multiple responses occurred to our summary dashboard. Looking into, the config is a pre-build.  Could you please walk me through how I can make changes and what the pre-build means. (it is asking me to unlink from the prebuild and do not want to break anything)
