Here is how I use Gainsight as a Director of the CS team

Few things that I focused on: 
1. Lack Of Visibility - Reports & Dashboards ( lack of activity, visibility into core KPIs, RC, CI )
2. Unexpected Churn - WBR ( Risk Process / Management )
3. Scale & Efficiency - C360, Playbooks, Cockpit, Timeline

This is just a glimpse, and excited to get into deep dives as needed.!
