Best practices for standard fields in JIRA connector

Can we have best practices document for "standard field mappings in the JIRA connector job." This would help to load the data properly into standard fields.

Hi @tejkumar

Please find the Jira connector article in which you can learn about field mappings and let me know if you need more information.

https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Connectors_(Horizon_Experience)/Sightline_Integrations/Support_Systems/JIRA_Connector#Direct_Mappings

You can also contact Gainsight support in case you need any technical help on this. Generally, as Jira has many Objects and use cases, it would be difficult for us to show the mapping for each use case in documentation as there might be several cases.
