CSM Tip: I haven’t used CTAs before; how do I use them?
We recommend CSMs check CTAs in the Cockpit every morning.
- First, navigate to the “Cockpit” tab
- Find a Call-to-Action, or CTA
To change the priority, enter the CTA and select “Priority”

To change the due date, enter the CTA and select (1) current due date and (2) revised due date

To view another CSM’s CTAs, navigate to the filter icon, select the CTA owner, and click “Apply”
