Integrations from Community platforms such as Higher Logic

It is my understanding that Gainsight can integrate with Higher Logic Community. Has anyone done this, if so, what is the most helpful data that you have seen come out it? Also, it doesn’t have to be Higher Logic, but that is a bonus. :)

      Hi Chris!

      Hopefully some other Gainsight customers will have insights to share here, but if you haven’t already, I recommend also asking your Higher Logic CSM and/or Acct. Exec. HL uses Gainsight CS internally as well, plus they’ve helped some mutual customers with bringing in community data to Gainsight’s Customer 360, Scorecards, etc.
