Ability to create a rating survey with custom images

Hi,

We would like to create a custom survey in-app where we present our users with 3 options (just as an example). However - we dont want these options to look like the built in ‘smileys’ - but rather user our own images / buttons. We couldn’t find any way to do so. Did anyone try and succeed?

Thanks,

Yariv
