Hi, I’m new to Gainsight and am wondering if there is a possibility of adding the user’s first name to the email body or subject line?

Add name to email subject line
It depends on whether your application is collecting and passing on the user’s first name to Gainsight. If it is, you can insert a token ( First Name) so that it is automatically resolved with the name.
