API for publishing Knowledge center articles

Hi Experts,

We need to automate the process of publishing “Knowledge Center Articles”. I could find the APIs for START / PAUSE engagements but couldn’t find anything for KC articles.

Is there any way to automate the publishing process using API or some other mechanism?
