Everything I’ve read so far about Staircase AI seems focused on its value relative to Gainsight CS. Can anyone provide some examples of how it benefits Gainsight PX users?

@tohodesigns the initial value adds that are ‘no brainers’ with our Staircase integrations are definitely CS related and interconnected. StaircaseAI itself was designed to be a Post Sales Intelligence tool, so a driving factor of our acquisition was to enrich CS teams insights and intelligence with Gainsight CS.

That said, our roadmap for Staircase next year DEFINITELY has ALL of our products included in it. Connections for PX Adoption Data at the user level to flow into Staircase’s AI intelligence processing and outputs are high on my list of value areas, along with Community and Education signals. This could then also translate to visibility and value within PX itself (AI Insights feed, key event call outs, etc.).  

So the full portfolio of Gainsight is very much on my mind as I have been working on and laying out our roadmap for AI Intelligence with Staircase.
