Gainsight PX MCP version 1.1 introduces an optimized toolset and a new text-to-query capability, giving you more flexible, conversational access to your PX analytics.

Text-to-query across your analytics suite
Ask natural-language questions across Query Builder, Engagement Analytics (In-App Guides, Dialogs and Sliders, and Email), Survey and In-App Hub analytics, Audience Explorer, Account Explorer, and beyond, using supported AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

More flexible data exploration
PX MCP version 1.1 supports more sophisticated grouping, pagination, and CSV downloads, so you can dig deeper into your PX data without needing to build a custom report first.

Built-in PII protection
PX MCP honors the PII restrictions already configured in PX. If you'd like PII (email, first name, last name, and more) to stay visible in the PX UI but excluded from MCP responses, reach out to Gainsight PX Support.
