Is it possible with in PX to have a button or a link with in an engagement that once clicked/viewed, upon a new user sign-up etc... creates a CTA in Gainsight CS?
Use Case : A CTA has to be created in Gainsight CS upon viewing an engagement or having a custom event or having feature match on top my application.
Hello PX + CS better together users,
The above use case is absolutely possible with PX Web-hooks, CS event framework + JO.
You can achieve this by configuring a PX web-hook, which will send all the events information as a flat Json to CS events framework based on the trigger type configured.(eg: Engagement View, New user Sign-up, upon triggering a custom event, or upon a feature match etc..).
Once event is received in CS event framework, we can have a JO advanced program which will create a CTA.
