For surveys, there’s an out-of-the-box Snooze feature that I’ve toggled on for our NPS survey.

Snooze option in Engagements > Survey > NPS Survey > Editor

I can’t find any metrics on usage (and by whom) of this feature within the survey.

  • Analytics > Engagements > Survey Performance shows only Views, Responses, and Response Rate
  • Analytics > Query Builder only gives options for Viewed and Completed as the interaction type.

and Path Analyzer doesn’t help either. If I set the Path to begin with Viewing the engagement, it only wants to show Product Mapper data, not anything relating to steps or actions in the engagement itself.

Thanks for posting again to PX Community @DannyPancratz.

Currently, the # of times a in-app Survey is snoozed is not available in any reports or to be used as a filter.  However, “snoozing” the Engagement/Survey is the same as if the user closes the Engagement, so “views” are inclusive of both events.  You can read more about this in our standard Snooze Engagements FAQs documentation.

“Snoozing” is most effective when using an “only once” Engagement Qualification Scope.  This will ensure that the user will see the Engagement again even when configured to see it “only once”.

For all other use cases, and especially for showing in-app Surveys more than once, we recommend using an Intervals Qualification Scope.  This offers the most flexibility and control for how frequently and how many times total the Engagement is presented to the user.

Happy PX-ing!
