In-App Hub (formerly KC Bot) icon size

Is it possible to reduce the size of the bot icon? Sometimes it can get in the way of other UI elements, especially when there are a lot of them to scroll through on product pages.

      Don’t forget you can also permit the users to move the KB if it’s blocking an element.

        In March of 2026 Gainsight announced that Knowledge Center Bot (KC Bot) had been renamed to In-App Hub to reflect the improvements we have made to the feature.
