Sooooo the speech bubble is just always there? Even if they close the bubble? (A page refresh event displays it again)
Or am I missing something?
If that’s the case, my use cases for this are about to disappear. It’s fine for a short welcome period as new users get access and see it for the first few days. But I’m struggling to see a fit for use cases where there’s usage variation.
For example, announcing a new event via the In-app hub seems useful. … until you play out that the speech bubble persists across each session and each page refresh. Then you realize that’s not a good experience and just visual noise. Example, they took the intended action (registered for the event) and they’re still seeing it. (Yes, I’m sure i could set up things to exclude them from the audience and do separate In-App Hubs for disparate audiences like registered vs unregistered. But that just creates more complexity and work for PX admins and increased risk of human error. Why would I want to manage another In-App Hub and double any updates I need to make to content and resources just so the speech bubble shows for some, but not for all.)
