Is there a way to rename a category in a In-App Hub (formerly KC Bot)

I already added several engagements and links to a KC bot category. Is it possible to rename the category? 

Or do I need to create the new category and move everything to the new category?

Hi @mmarques ,

You can edit the KC Bot category by heading into the Categories and find the edit option at the respective category you want to change the name.

In March of 2026 Gainsight announced that Knowledge Center Bot (KC Bot) had been renamed to In-App Hub to reflect the improvements we have made to the feature.
