Is there a way to show an engagement if people have not seen another engagement?

I want to show an announcement about our KC bot only to people who have not yet opened an engagement in the KC bot.

I am able to use the engagement rules to set the announcement  to show 2 days after they see the previous announcement. But I don’t see how to exclude people who already opened one or more engagements in our KC bot.

Hi @mmarques. I not 100% confident this is what you are looking for, but if the engagements you want to exclude are only launched via the Knowledge Center, would it work to use the In-App Engagement audience criteria? You could also couple that with the Product Mapper to say the user never opened the KBOT.

@JayS - Do you product map your KC bot? I didn’t realize that was an option. But also don’t think that our PMs and CSMs would want to see that as part of the product usage data.

I’ve reached the end of my knowledge on the topic. 😄

Yes, we have our products mapped. I believe PX did the initial mapping and then we’ve edited and added some specific things we needed. I would think the Knowledge Center would be a standard mapping, but don’t know for sure. I know that we look at the Knowledge Center data in Analytics.
