We have the rolled up view in the dashboard for an account but Is there anyway to see session duration against users in audience explorer?

 

Or is there a way to do this via the query builder?

I see that your organisation is a Gainsight PX + CS customer.
You can get the user session information from your “User Session Rollup” daily reports from the Gainsight CS integration in PX under Admin > Data Integrations
