What are these Office Hours good for? These sessions are a great way to:
- Connect live with a Gainsight PX CSM
- Ask questions around in-app guides, engagements, analytics, segments, adoption workflows, and more.
- Learn from other PX users and see how they're approaching similar challenges
- Get quick, actionable guidance without needing to schedule a 1:1
📅 Office Hours Details
- Frequency: Twice per week
- Schedule: Tuesdays at 8 AM ET and Thursdays at 12 PM ET
- Format: Open Q&A with a Gainsight PX CSM and fellow PX users
- Who should attend: Customers looking to drive product adoption and engagement with Gainsight PX.
