We are working on implementing our first KC bot for implementation. With the checklist, is it possible to prevent them from moving on to the next step if they have not completed the first step?

For example, we need to them to go through and set everything up in the first step before they can do anything in the second step.

No. The checklist indicates what the user has completed, but it does not enforce any sequence.

Perhaps you can help your customers understand that the items are in a sequence by numbering them. They could still start items in any order, but at least it would be more clear that there is a recommended sequence.

@mmarques that’s kind of what I thought, but wanted to check to see if anyone had come up with any other options. Thank you!
