I am attempting to link our Knowledge Base articles from Gainsight Customer Communities, so we can utilize the Recommendation tab. I have gone through all the articles, and our integration seems to be setup correctly. 

 

 

Then when I go to the Link articles button in the bot, it is still pointing me to integrations with no search option or really anything populating: 

 

Am I missing something? TIA!
