We’re preparing to announce the first release of our KC Bot and would like to include a link in the announcement (created using the dialog engagement) that will allow customers to click and open the bot directly through a link button in the announcement.
Is there a way to create a link that triggers the bot to open when clicked?

There is a custom button option that lets you do the same in guide engagement.
